We make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. If however, you find that you are unhappy with a purchase, we will issue you a refund on your credit card for up to 30 days from the date of shipment to you. Returns received after 30 days and up to 60 days will be for store credit only. A gift may be returned within 60 days for a store credit only. Returned merchandise must be unused and in saleable condition.
Store credits must be used within 12 months and at this time can only be processed through contacting the store directly.
All special ordered merchandise and custom merchandise, such as monogrammed items, are final sale.

How to process a return:
Online purchases can be shipped to us using the UPS return label (valid for 60 days) that accompanies your shipment, shipping the package by another method at your expense or it can be returned to our store in Greenwich. Returned items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Damaged Merchandise
In the unlikely event that you received damaged merchandise, please contact us immediately at 1-888-640-9577. We will make arrangements with the carrier for pickup of the damaged merchandise and delivery of its replacement. Please do no discard the shipping box the merchandise was shipped in or its packing materials as the carrier will want to inspect them.
