Shipping & Order Processing

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all items unless otherwise indicated.

All in stock orders are processed and shipped within 3 – 5 business days. We will notify you within two business days if your item is not in stock.

Orders placed after 5 pm EST weekdays will not be processed until the following business day. Orders received on Friday after 5 pm EST will not be processed until the following business day.

We ship all orders UPS ground service. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. We do not ship outside the United States.

If it is critical that your order arrive on a certain date, please contact us at 888-640-9577 during our regular business hours (Monday to Saturday 9 to 5:30 PM EST). Our sales professionals will be happy to assist you.

Sales Tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with Connecticut state regulations if your shipping address is within the state of Connecticut. If your address is outside of Connecticut, there will be no sales tax charged to your order.

Expedited Shipping

We offer both Next Day Air and Second Day Air Shipping. Please note additional fees apply for these services. Please contact the store directly at 888-640-9577 to make arrangements for this service. Alternatively, you may request this service in the Special Instructions box at the checkout screen. Please bear in mind that expedited shipping services are only available Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. We will contact you with the cost of the service you are requesting and estimated arrival time. We will charge you for the expedited service only after you have approved it and if not you may cancel the order and we will refund you for your purchase.
